Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers, and other contractors

We would like to inform you that we collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and execute a possible agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your data to send you a quotation, determine which specifications or requirements a particular good or service must meet, deliver goods, perform work for you, invoice you, and communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the execution aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In procurement, this is necessary to inform you of the specifications or requirements that a particular good or service must meet in our view, to send you a request for a quotation or to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Transfer to third parties

Elmec Handels- en Ingenieursbureau BV does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Direct marketing
